Who we are

Lucentra is a yacht charter and brokerage business based at Orjin Plaza, Maslak, Sarıyer, Istanbul, Türkiye. For any privacy question you can reach us at info@lucentrayachting.com.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you enter — your first and last name, email address and phone number, together with your area of interest (charter/purchase) and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process basic technical data (such as IP address, device and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and requests;
• arrange and manage charters, sales and related services;
• communicate with you about availability, offers you asked for, and your bookings;
• operate, secure and improve the website, and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries and running our business. If you are in Türkiye, we process data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, Law No. 6698). If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the corresponding bases under the GDPR.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Google Firebase / Firestore — secure storage of enquiry submissions.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — hosting of yacht and site imagery.
• Google Maps— the map embedded on our Contact page, which may set cookies and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace — our email.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies

The Lucentra website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map on our Contact page may set cookies from Google; please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data on servers located outside Türkiye (for example in the EU or the United States). Where this happens, the transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards.

Data security

We use reputable providers that apply industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
